Manga - Series of 9 (update)
I really liked the look of the ones with the yellow background when it was just that splash of color with black and white drawings....however...I was planing to do them in full color so wasn't very particular about always staying perfectly inside the lines...so I am going ahead with the full-color plan. I may do a later project with bold background and B&W drawings later though. Maybe for my next project.
I really like the small 4x4 canvases and wrapping the drawing around the sides. They would look great hung on the wall as a set of 9, with a couple inches or more between each one so you can really view the sides as well.

Favorites from my 7 weeks in Europe, 2003
Sketch of a bridge in Strausburg, France. 2003
A fountain in Barcelona. 2003
L'Arc de Triumph in Paris. 2003
Schoolkids on their way home watched over my shoulder as I drew this.
The rock beach at Nice. 2003
It was cold. I had no desire to go in the water.
Lake Como in northern Italy, from the balcony of my hostel. 2003
Freezing cold...this is a small 4"x6" postcard watercolor and I could barely stay outside long enough to finish it.
View of the terrace in Barcelona where I first ate Paella. 2003

In the light of day...
Looking at what I did last night.
Two Manga drawings (on corkboard). To be a series of up to six. Two down, up to four more to go!
...should I resin over them and seal it in, or leave it functional as a cork board? The corkboard is super-flimsy so not a great functional board in any case. Perhaps I will seal with something thinner and the buyer can choose.
Took one of my bunny sketches, and split it onto 4 boards. It is now in line for resin...
Same for this old "perspective study" I did. Resin. Needs off-set hanging.
